We are excited to plan your event. Below is information for booking your event. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.  Below are some details listed for you to review if planning this event on a weekend or weekday.  The costs below are for the 507 lounge room rental. 


Our In-house catering services and full bar makes planning you event stress free.

507 Lounge Room –(Downstairs ):


Weekdays- The following times are available: 11am – 3pm and 6:00pm-10:00pm

1. Base Rental Fee (min 30 up to 75 people) $400 11am-3pm

2. Base Rental Fee (min 30 up to 75 people) $500 6pm-10pm

3. Base Rental Fee (30 or less people) $350 11am-3pm

4. Base Rental Fee (30 or less people) $450 6pm-10pm


Weekends-The following times are available: Noon – 4pm; 5:00pm-9:00pm and 10:00pm-2:00am.*

1. Base Rental Fee (min 30 up to 75 people) $450 Noon -4pm  

2. Base Rental Fee (min 30 up to 75 people) $600  5pm -9pm 

3. Base Rental Fee (min 30 up to 75 people) $800 10pm -2am

4. Base Rental Fee (30 or less people) $400 Noon-4pm

5. Base Rental Fee (30 or less people) $550 5pm-9pm 

6. Base Rental Fee (30 or less people) $750 10pm-2am 

*Base rental fees cover 4 hour time slots, additional time of $200 per hour adjustments will be made based on availability for additional slots.  


 Note - This does not include gratuity (30% of food and beverage) and taxes.

Dining Room Rental

  

Full Dinning Area Rental  (Upstairs )  


 Monday-Friday- The following times are available: 11am – 3pm and 6:00pm-10:00pm 


 Saturday and Sunday-The following times are available: Noon – 4pm; 5:00pm-9:00pm  


On weekdays (Monday-Thursday)

Reservation Fee of $300.00 

 (plus tax and 30% of food and beverage gratuity)

4-hour time slot (includes set up and clean up)


On weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) 

Reservation Fee of $500 

 (plus tax and 30% of food and beverage gratuity)

4-hour time slot (includes set up and clean up)

$200 per hour to increase your timeslot based on availability.

 

Our restaurant is closed on Sundays unless a reservation is placed. . Restaurant opens on Saturdays at 4 pm unless early reservation is required for that day.
